services / growth engine — our core service

The Growth Engine.

We embed in your business and run a monthly loop: read the data, set the strategy, build what's needed, measure what moved. Then we do it again — and it compounds.

the loop

runs every month · compounds every loop

01

Read the data

Live dashboards on the numbers that actually matter — sales, sign-ups, margin, repeat customers. Not opinions, not gut feel: what's really happening in the business.

02

Set the strategy

Each month the data picks the priorities. We agree the one or two moves most likely to shift the number, and we put them in writing.

03

Build & execute

Our team ships the work — software, automation, campaigns, process fixes. Whatever the strategy calls for, without you hiring anyone.

04

Measure what moved

Every move gets scored against the number it was meant to shift. What worked scales, what didn't gets cut — and the loop starts again.

04 feeds 01. The strategy is never a guess twice.

what's inside

Instrumentation first

Before we change anything, we make the business measurable: tracking wired up, dashboards live, clean numbers everyone trusts.

An embedded team

We work inside the business, with the people doing the work — not from an agency office, reporting quarterly.

A monthly strategy session

A standing session where the data sets the agenda. You always know what we're doing and why the data says to do it.

Build capacity on tap

Software, automations, integrations, campaigns — built by us as the strategy calls for it. No new hires, no fresh quote for every idea.

Honest reporting

One report a month: what we did, what it moved, what's next. No vanity metrics, no fluff.

One number is the contract — sales, margin, repeat customers, whatever yours is. The engine exists to move it.

how engagements work

  1. 01

    Start with a diagnostic

A short paid engagement inside your business. We talk to the people doing the work, map the problem against the data, and hand you a findings-and-fix plan. It's yours to keep — whoever builds it.

  2. 02

    Switch on the engine

If the plan makes sense, we stay on as a monthly partner. Instrumentation goes up, the loop starts running, and the first fixes ship within weeks — not quarters.

  3. 03

    Let it compound

Each loop builds on the last: the data gets richer, the strategy gets sharper, the wins stack. That's the point of an engine instead of a project.

Every engine is scoped after the diagnostic — the size of the number we're chasing sets the size of the engagement. No lock-in beyond the month: if the number isn't moving, we haven't earned the next one.

questions

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency executes a channel — ads, social, a website. The Growth Engine owns a number. The data decides where the effort goes each month, and we build across software, marketing and process to move it. Some months that's a campaign; some months it's fixing the quoting process that's leaking margin.

What do you actually do each month?

The loop, every month: we read the dashboards, agree the moves with you in a strategy session, build and ship them, then measure what they moved. You get one honest report at the end of it.

We don't really have good data. Is that a problem?

It's normal — almost nobody does at the start. Making the business measurable is the first loop: tracking, dashboards, numbers people trust. The engine can't run without fuel, so that's where we begin.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Code, dashboards, accounts, content — everything built inside the engagement belongs to you.

How long before it works?

First fixes ship within weeks, and most numbers show real movement inside a few loops. But we're measured monthly — if the number isn't moving, you shouldn't keep paying us. That's the deal.

We already have a team / an agency. Does this still work?

Yes — we embed alongside whoever is already there. The engine adds the data loop and the build capacity; it doesn't ask you to fire anyone.
