What platforms do you manage?
Instagram and Facebook as standard. If you need LinkedIn or other platforms, get in touch and we can discuss a custom plan.
How long before I see results?
Social and email are long-term channels. Most clients see meaningful engagement growth within 60–90 days. We track it all and report monthly.
Do I need to provide content?
No — copy, imagery and scheduling are all handled by us. We'll ask for brand guidelines and any assets upfront, then take it from there.
Can I approve posts before they go live?
Yes. All content is sent for approval before publishing. You review and request changes through your client portal.
What does onboarding look like?
A strategy call, then we build your brand voice, content calendar and templates. Most clients are fully onboarded within 5–7 business days.
Do you work outside South Africa?
Yes — we work with clients across the region and internationally. Pricing is in ZAR.
